  • 2 avocados
  • 3 radishes, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 100 firm tofu, torn
  • Sea salt & pepper
  • Plenty of celery to serve

Steps

  1. In a food processor, combine the avocados, radishes, wasabi paste, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blitz until smooth Roughly mash a ripe avocado with a squeeze of lemon juice.
  2. Remove to a bowl and stir through the tofu, breaking it up gently.
  3. Serve with the celery sticks.
