Biscuit Pops

Biscuit cake pops, dipped in chocolate and deep fried. Would you make the red velvet or vanilla first?

Supplies

  • 1kg white chocolate
  • 2 packs oreos
  • Wooden skewers
  • Chocolate cake mix
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 100g white chocolate
  • Chocolate sprinkles
  • 1kg milk chocolate
  • 2 packs jammie dodgers
  • Wooden skewers
  • Red velvet cake mix
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 100g white chocolate
  • Freeze dried raspberry sprinkles

Steps

  1. Oreo Pops: melt 1kg white chocolate.
  2. Carefully skewer 3 Oreos onto each skewer.
  3. Dip each skewer in white chocolate and let them set.
  4. Make up your cake mix as per packet instructions.
  5. Once the chocolate has set, dip each skewer into the cake mix then place it straight into 180C oil and deep fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Drain on kitchen towel, then serve like corn dogs in baskets or paper trays.
  7. Drizzle with white chocolate and dark chocolate sprinkles.
  8. Jammie Dodger Pops: melt 1kg milk chocolate
  9. Carefully skewer 2 jammie dodgers onto each skewer.
  10. Dip each skewer in milk chocolate and let them set.
  11. Make up your cake mix as per packet instructions.
  12. Once the chocolate has set, dip each skewer into the cake mix then place it straight into 180C oil and deep fry for 2 minutes.
  13. Drain on kitchen towel, then serve drizzled with white chocolate and freeze dried raspberry sprinkles.
