• Filo pastry sheets

  • Cranberry sauce
  • Unsalted butter, melted
  • Mini muffin tray


  1. Unroll pastry and cut into two squares. Brush lightly with melted butter place one square on top of the other.
  2. Cut into squares 3 x 3. Place 3 squares on top of each other twisting so they look like stars. Place into a mini muffin tray.
  3. Spoon in a small dollop of cranberry sauce and top with a chunk of brie.
  4. Place in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 4 - 6 minutes until crispy.
