• 500g pink candy melts
  • 500g sweets, of your choice


  1. Melt the candy melts in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Once they are melted remove from the heat and pour into a heart shaped silicone mould, making sure you cover the sides well as well as the bottom. Place into the fridge for 20 minutes until set then remove and carefully prise the pink heart out of the mould - be very gentle when doing this so as to not break the heart.
  2. Fill the heart with the sweet and invert onto a plate. To serve, smash the heart with a rolling pin or some other heavy object and eat.
