Supplies
- 100g Spaghetti
- 1L water
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 piece of garlic
- Chilli peppers, to taste
- 150g tomato sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt a little
- Black pepper a little
- 1 stock cube
- Mozzarella cheese
- Camembert cheese
- Blue cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Melting cheese quantity
- Black pepper, to serve
Steps
- Boil spaghetti with salt-filled hot water.
- Warm olive oil, garlic and peppers in a frying pan with a low heat, when fragrant, add a tomato sauce and stir.
- Add sugar, and season with salt, black pepper and astock cube to taste.
- Stir in the cooked spaghetti and layer with the different cheeses.
- Bake in an oven at 220°C for 10 minutes
- Sprinkle with black pepper to serve.
