  • 100g Spaghetti
  • 1L water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 piece of garlic
  • Chilli peppers, to taste
  • 150g tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt a little
  • Black pepper a little
  • 1 stock cube
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Camembert cheese
  • Blue cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Melting cheese quantity
  • Black pepper, to serve

Steps

  1. Boil spaghetti with salt-filled hot water.
  2. Warm olive oil, garlic and peppers in a frying pan with a low heat, when fragrant, add a tomato sauce and stir.
  3. Add sugar, and season with salt, black pepper and astock cube to taste.
  4. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and layer with the different cheeses.
  5. Bake in an oven at 220°C for 10 minutes
  6. Sprinkle with black pepper to serve.
