• 140ml Double Cream
  • 25ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 1 Milk Chocolate Easter Egg


  1. Into a small saucepan, add the double cream & Baileys Original Irish Cream. Place it over a medium heat until it is steaming. Meanwhile, smash a milk chocolate Easter Egg into a medium bowl.
  2. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate, and allow it to sit for 2 minutes. Then whisk the mixture together until smooth.
  3. Dunk your Hot Cross Buns into the Baileys Chocolate Sauce and enjoy!
