• 300g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 200ml fresh cream
  • Dumpling wrappers


  1. Melt the chopped chocolate over a double boiler.
  2. Stir fresh cream into the melted chocolate and pour intoa tray. Refrigerate until almost set.
  3. Place small scoops of the chilled chocolate cream mixture into the dumpling wrappers and wrap using water to secure.
  4. Steam the dumplings in a basket or steamer for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
