- 300g dark chocolate, chopped
- 200ml fresh cream
- Dumpling wrappers
- Melt the chopped chocolate over a double boiler.
- Stir fresh cream into the melted chocolate and pour intoa tray. Refrigerate until almost set.
- Place small scoops of the chilled chocolate cream mixture into the dumpling wrappers and wrap using water to secure.
- Steam the dumplings in a basket or steamer for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
