Supplies

For the dough:

  • 800g plain flour
  • 400g greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp salt

For the pizza sauce:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tin of tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp dried oregano

For the pizza toppings:

  • Grated mature cheddar
  • Pitted black olives
  • Pepperoni

Steps

For the dough:

  1. Pile the flour, salt, and yoghurt into a bowl and mix together until smooth.

For the pizza sauce:

  1. Blitz together tomatoes, garlic, oil and oregano until smooth.
  2. Simmer in a pan to give you a nice thick sauce.
  3. Season to taste.

For the pizza toppings:

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°C/500°F/gas mark 9.
  2. For your snowman, separate a ball of dough into 3 uneven balls (small, medium and large). Roll out into circles and assemble with smallest to largest from top to bottom.
  3. Cover the pizza bases with tomato sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Add your toppings of choice;I use cut pitted black olives for eyes and buttons and sliced pepperoni for a scarf.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
