Croque Monsieur Pull Apart
Our croque monsieur pull-apart loaf is the perfect brunch for sharing!
- 2 pizza dough rectangles
- 24 slices cooked ham
- 24 slices emmental
- 60ml milk
- 50g flour
- 50g butter
- Prepare the béchamel: cook the butter, add the flour and then the milk, the salt, and the pepper. Stir and leave to thicken. Let cool.
- Cut the 2 pizza dough rectangles into 12 squares each. On each square of dough, spread the béchamel, and add the slices of cheese and ham.
- In an oiled cake tin stack the filled squares of dough and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes at 170 ° C.
