Supplies

Base:

  • 200g digestives biscuits
  • 4 fingers Kinder Bueno
  • 75g melted butter

Filling:

  • 350g Kinder chocolate bars
  • 700g cream cheese
  • 100g icing sugar, sieved
  • 400ml double cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

To Decorate:

  • 50 grams white chocolate, melted
  • 50 grams milk chocolate, melted
  • 3 Kinder Eggs, broken into large pieces
  • 2 Kinder Bueno fingers

Steps

Base:

  1. Add the biscuits and Kinder bars to a food processor and blitz until they are fine crumbs. Add the melted butter and blitz again till well mixed and the texture resembles sand. Evenly spread into the bottom of a 8-inch deep cake tin and press down. Set aside in the fridge whilst you make the filling.

Filling:

  1. Melt the Kinder chocolate in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water. Set aside to cool slightly. Using an electric hand whisk, beat together the cream cheese, icing sugar, double cream and vanilla until thickened.
  2. Beat in the melted chocolate then spoon over the biscuit base, level the top and set aside in the fridge to set for a minimum of 4 hours.

To Decorate:

  1. When ready to serve, remove from the tin and transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle over most of the melted white & milk chocolate then decorate with crushed up Kinder Bueno, broken Kinder Eggs and drizzled with the remaining melted chocolate.
