- 1 portion instant ramen noodles
- Leftover shredded Peking duck
- 1 sliced spring onion
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Chilli oil to taste
- Boil a small pan of water and cook the instant noodles as per packet instructions with its flavour contents. Drain the liquid.
- Heat a frying pan with sesame oil and fry off with Peking duck, spring onions and teriyaki.
- Add chilli oil to taste.
