- 35ml or 2tbsp Smirnoff Raspberry Crush Vodka
- 60ml Pineapple Juice (made from blending 60ml tinned pineapple juice and 2 pineapple rings chopped)
- 5 raspberries
- 3 raspberries on a cocktail stick
- Put pineapple, juice and raspberries in a kilner jar.
- Using a stick/hand held blender, blend the contents until smooth.
- Add the vodka and fill with ice. Screw the lid and give the jar a good shake.
- Strain contents into a martini glass.
- Garnish with raspberries on a cocktail stick.
