Supplies

  • 35ml or 2tbsp Smirnoff Raspberry Crush Vodka
  • 60ml Pineapple Juice (made from blending 60ml tinned pineapple juice and 2 pineapple rings chopped)
  • 5 raspberries
  • 3 raspberries on a cocktail stick

Steps

  1. Put pineapple, juice and raspberries in a kilner jar.
  2. Using a stick/hand held blender, blend the contents until smooth.
  3. Add the vodka and fill with ice. Screw the lid and give the jar a good shake.
  4. Strain contents into a martini glass.
  5. Garnish with raspberries on a cocktail stick.
