Ingredients

  • 150 grams peas
  • 9 eggs
  • Thumb sized piece of ginger
  • 250 grams cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 chilli
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. In a suitable pan that can also go in the oven, heat up the oil. Finely chop the garlic, ginger and chilli and add to the pan, slice the spring onions and add too. Let cook for a few minutes then add in the peas and the cooked rice.
  3. Toss then season with a splash of soy sauce. Crack all the eggs into a measuring jug and pour into the pan on a high heat.
  4. After one minute on the heat place in the oven for about 10 minutes, until cooked through but still has a slight wobble.
