• 2 tablespoons Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Winter Edition Ground Coffee
  • 400ml full-fat milk
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 2 cinnamon sticks


  1. Place the coffee in the cafetière and top with 200ml boiling water.
  2. Leave to brew for 3 minutes, then gently plunge and divide between 2 mugs.
  3. Rinse out the cafetière.
  4. Warm the milk in a small pan on medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  5. Pour the milk into the cafetière, then plunge repeatedly, up and down, to create foam. Pour between the mugs, and spoon over the frothed milk.
  6. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a cinnamon stick in each mug.
