- 200g milk chocolate
- 100g dark chocolate
- 130g unsalted butter
- 4 tablespoons golden syrup
- 100g Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Black Forest Style Nut, Fruit and Chocolate Mix
- 6x Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Cinnamon Bun Inspired Cookies
- 50g marshmallows
- 150g white chocolate
- Sprinkles, to decorate
Steps
- Line a square 9” cake tin with greaseproof paper.
- Break the milk and dark chocolate into small, even-sized pieces and place them in a large heatproof bowl.
- Pop a medium pan, half filled with water on medium heat, and place the bowl on top being careful that the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
- Cut the butter into cubes and add to the bowl along with the golden syrup. Gently melt, and occasionally stir, until you have a silky chocolate mixture.
- Remove from the heat. Leave to one side for 2 minutes then stir in the Taste the Difference Black Forest Style Nut, Fruit and Chocolate Mix.
- Break in the Taste the Difference Cinnamon Bun Inspired Cookies, and stir in with the marshmallows.
- Spoon into the lined baking tin, and gently press into the paper, so it is evenly distributed.
- Leave in the fridge for an hour or two to set.
- When the rock road is ready, break the white chocolate into small even sized pieces and melt over a pan of simmering water. Alternatively, melt in a microwave if you have one.
- Drizzle over the set rocky road, and finish with sprinkles.
- Leave to set in the fridge again, then turn out onto a board and chop into 16 pieces.
