- 500 grams beef mince
- 2 garlic clove, minced
- Splash beaten egg
- Salt & pepper
- Pinch ground cumin
- 125 grams ball mozzarella, quartered
Steps
- Put the mince, garlic, egg, seasoning and cumin into a bowl. Mix well and divide into 4 patties and squash them out with your hands.
- Put the mozzarella in the centre of each burger and wrap the mince around it. Fry for 4-5 minutes each side then assemble your burger.
