  • 500 grams beef mince
  • 2 garlic clove, minced
  • Splash beaten egg
  • Salt & pepper
  • Pinch ground cumin
  • 125 grams ball mozzarella, quartered

Steps

  1. Put the mince, garlic, egg, seasoning and cumin into a bowl. Mix well and divide into 4 patties and squash them out with your hands.
  2. Put the mozzarella in the centre of each burger and wrap the mince around it. Fry for 4-5 minutes each side then assemble your burger.
