- 8 lamb chops
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 100 grams yogurt
- Squeeze lemon juice
Steps
- Mix marinade together and coat chops, leave to marinade for 20 minutes minimum
- Preheat oven to 180
- On a hot griddle, seal your chops for 2 minutes each side then place in hot oven for 5 minutes until golden
