Supplies

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 100 grams yogurt
  • Squeeze lemon juice

Steps

  1. Mix marinade together and coat chops, leave to marinade for 20 minutes minimum
  2. Preheat oven to 180
  3. On a hot griddle, seal your chops for 2 minutes each side then place in hot oven for 5 minutes until golden
