- Take the leftover turkey and add it into a pan along with a splash of olive oil. Cook for a minute or so then add a splash of chicken stock and cook for another 2 minutes on a medium heat.
- Add your roasted carrots, potatoes and pigs in blankets onto a baking tray, pop them in the oven and heat them for 5-10 minutes.
- Next take your cob loaf and slice off the top and set the lid to one side.
- Pull the bread out of the middle of the loaf and layer it with your leftovers.
