Supplies
- 150 grams egg white
- 300 grams sugar
- 150 grams softened butter
- Fresh raspberries
- Gel food colouring
- Lollipop sticks
Steps
- Heat up egg white and sugar over bain-marie
- Whisk up to form a meringue
- Paint inside of piping bag stripes of colour
- Put half meringue mix into the piping bag
- Pipe onto baking tray in spirals and bake for 30-40 minutes
- Add butter to remaining meringue mix
- Add the juice of the raspberries
- Pipe buttercream onto one side of the meringue and place lollipop stick on top
- Sandwich with other side of the meringue
