• 300 grams dark chocolate
  • 250 grams butter
  • 300 grams sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 175 grams Plain flour
  • 300 grams mini eggs, roughly crushed


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180c and grease and line a 25x25 centimeters baking tray.
  2. Melt the chocolate, butter and sugar together over a low heat, then leave to cool for about 5 minutes. Beat in each egg then stir in the flour and half of the mini eggs. Pour into the baking tray and scatter over the remaining eggs.
  3. Bake for about 17-20 minutes then leave to cool and cut into squares.
