  • 25 grams unsalted butter
  • 135 grams mini marshmallows
  • 80 grams Cocoa Pops
  • 70 grams Oreos, crushed
  • Black gel food colour
  • To decorate:
  • Black gel food colour
  • Milk chocolate, melted
  • Red Smarties
  • Candy eyes
  • Pretzels
  • Cake pop sticks

Steps

  1. Add butter and marshmallows into a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure the water doesn't touch the bottom of the bowl. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth.
  2. Turn the heat to low and mix in Cocoa Pops. Once incorporated, take half the mixture off the heat and press into a small baking tray/tin lined with baking paper. Leave to set.
  3. Add black gel food colour and crushed oreos into the remaining mixture and mix until well combined and you are happy with the colour.
  4. Spoon dollops onto a tray lined with baking paper and crumble over some extra oreos. Leave to set before enjoying :D
  5. Once the first half have set, take them out of the tray and cut into rectangles.
  6. Push a cake pop stick into the bottom of each triangle and then cover the treat in the melted chocolate. Place onto baking paper.
  7. Decorate by adding two candy eyes and a red Smartie for a nose. Break up pretzels to form the antlers. Leave to set and enjoy :D
