Ingredients

  • 110 grams Unsalted Butter
  • 100 grams Light Brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Caster Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 125 grams Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • Pinch Salt
  • 150 grams milk & dark chocolate chips
  • 3-4 tablespoons Nutella
  • To Serve: Vanilla Ice Cream

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 175C/350F
  2. In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat
  4. Whisk together the dry ingredients and mix into the wet batter
  5. Fold in half of the chocolate chip cookies
  6. Heat the Nutella in the microwave and with half of the cookie mixture in the skillet, spread the Nutella over the cookie.
  7. Top with the remaining cookie dough and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top
  8. Bake for 30m and then cover with foil for another 10m until gooey
  9. Serve with vanilla ice cream
