- 16 cocktail sausages
- 100g pankcake mix
- 50g milk
- 40g ketchup
- Oil for deep frying
- Make 6 slices on one half of each cocktail sausage to create the octopus tentacles.
- Put the flour, milk and tomato sauce into a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Coat the half of the frankfurters that have not been sliced with batter.
- Deep-fry the sausages until batter is golden and serve!
