• 16 cocktail sausages
  • 100g pankcake mix
  • 50g milk
  • 40g ketchup
  • Oil for deep frying


  1. Make 6 slices on one half of each cocktail sausage to create the octopus tentacles.
  2. Put the flour, milk and tomato sauce into a bowl and mix until smooth.
  3. Coat the half of the frankfurters that have not been sliced with batter.
  4. Deep-fry the sausages until batter is golden and serve!
