Supplies

  • 25ml Smirnoff No21 vodka
  • 12.5ml passion fruit liqueur
  • 10ml vanilla syrup
  • 15ml passion fruit purée
  • Ice cubes
  • Half fresh passion fruit to garnish
  • Serve with sparkling wine (Prosecco/cava/cremant) in a shot glass (optional)

Steps

  1. Put all the ingredients in an ice filled cocktail shaker.
  2. Give it a good shake.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass.
  4. Float half a passion fruit on drink.
  5. Serve with a shot of sparkling wine.
