Supplies
- 25ml Smirnoff No21 vodka
- 12.5ml passion fruit liqueur
- 10ml vanilla syrup
- 15ml passion fruit purée
- Ice cubes
- Half fresh passion fruit to garnish
- Serve with sparkling wine (Prosecco/cava/cremant) in a shot glass (optional)
Steps
- Put all the ingredients in an ice filled cocktail shaker.
- Give it a good shake.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Float half a passion fruit on drink.
- Serve with a shot of sparkling wine.
