- 500 grams cooked cold fusilli pasta
- Salt
- Olive oil
- 14 ounces mayonnaise
- 1 carrot, diced
- 5 1/3 ounces cabbage, diced
- 3 1/2 ounces peas
- 3 1/2 ounces relish
- 3 1/2 ounces finely diced cooked ham
- 1/2 red pepper chopped
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
Steps
- Cook the pasta.
- Rinse the pasta and add a drizzle of olive oil so it does not stick.
- Add mayonnaise, carrot, cabbage, peas, cucumber, ham and peppers. Mix well.
- Season with salt and mix again.
- Finish with parsley.
