  • 500 grams cooked cold fusilli pasta
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • 14 ounces mayonnaise
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 5 1/3 ounces cabbage, diced
  • 3 1/2 ounces peas
  • 3 1/2 ounces relish
  • 3 1/2 ounces finely diced cooked ham
  • 1/2 red pepper chopped
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley

Steps

  1. Cook the pasta.
  2. Rinse the pasta and add a drizzle of olive oil so it does not stick.
  3. Add mayonnaise, carrot, cabbage, peas, cucumber, ham and peppers. Mix well.
  4. Season with salt and mix again.
  5. Finish with parsley.
