- Green chilli pepper

- Preheat the oven to 180C and line a sheet with non-stick baking paper.
- Use a food ring to shape 2 tbsp of parmesan into a circle, and press it down gently with the back of a spoon.
- Cook for 7-8 minutes until the cheese has melted and is starting to brown.
- Remove the tray from the oven and wait a few minutes until they pizza crisps are cool enough to handle, then serve with marinara sauce and sour cream dip on the side.
