  • Post-Workout Re-Hydrator
  • 500ml of fresh filtered water
  • 200g fresh watermelon
  • Small bunch of fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of two limes
  • Post-Workout Porridge Gains
  • 50g jumbo oats
  • Half sliced ripe banana
  • 1 scoop of vegan protein powder
  • 300ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp of almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Optional toppings: fresh raspberries, toasted coconut, chopped almonds

Steps

  1. Post-Workout Re-Hydrator
  2. Blend all the ingredients in a Nutribullet (or similar).
  3. Post-Workout Porridge Gains
  4. Serve in a tall glass over lots of ice and a final sprig of mint, and a stainless steel straw.
  5. Combine the oats, almond milk,, cinnamon, vanilla in a pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir through the protein powder.
  6. Remove from the heat and pour into a bowl.
  7. Serve with sliced banana, almond butter and maple syrup and the optional toppings.
