Supplies
- 1 sheet of all butter puff pastry
- 150 milliliters passata
- 1 tablespoon red pesto
- 100 grams Goats cheese
- 1 ball mozzarella
- Sun blushed tomatoes
- Handful basil
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 100 grams grated parmesan
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 eggs
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C / 350 fan
- Remove the puff pastry base and prick all over with a fork
- Glaze with egg wash and cook for 8-10 minutes
- Meanwhile, mix together the passata and red pesto, remove the puff pastry sheet and spread over the mixture
- Spread over the goats cheese, mozzarella and some basil leaves and place in the oven for a further 10 minutes or until cooked
- While the pizza cooks, make the pesto by combining basil leaves with pine nuts, parmesan cheese and olive oil
- Remove from the oven and spread over the sun blushed tomatoes and pesto and serve
