- 100g curry sauce
- 10 balls mozzarella
- 50g pumpkin
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 20g butter
- Pumpkin dough:
- 250g soft wheat flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 40g butter
- 25g egg
- 50g pumpkin
Steps
- Combine the dough ingredients and leave to one side.
- Spoon curry sauce and a ball of mozzarella cheese in an ice cube mould and freeze until it solidifies.
- Mix softened pumpkin with butter and sugar.
- Split the dough into four equal parts , roll out and place
- around the pumpkin mixture and frozen cube of the curry sauce.
- Wrap each roll in kitchen twine and tie tightly and bake it in an oven at 150C for 20 minutes.
- Finish each roll with a pumpkin seed and serve.
