• 100g curry sauce
  • 10 balls mozzarella
  • 50g pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 20g butter
  • Pumpkin dough:
  • 250g soft wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 40g butter
  • 25g egg
  • 50g pumpkin


  1. Combine the dough ingredients and leave to one side.
  2. Spoon curry sauce and a ball of mozzarella cheese in an ice cube mould and freeze until it solidifies.
  3. Mix softened pumpkin with butter and sugar.
  4. Split the dough into four equal parts , roll out and place
  5. around the pumpkin mixture and frozen cube of the curry sauce.
  6. Wrap each roll in kitchen twine and tie tightly and bake it in an oven at 150C for 20 minutes.
  7. Finish each roll with a pumpkin seed and serve.
