Place biscuits into a food processor and blitz until you have fine biscuit crumbs.
Add in remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and combined. Mixture is done when it forms a ball.
Use a spoon to scoop small amounts of the mixture and roll in the palm of your hands to form a neat ball. Place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Place in fridge to set.
Decoration
Place biscuits, cinnamon and nutmeg into a bag and crush with a rolling pin. Shake crumbs to evenly combine.
Cover each truffle in melted chocolate and sprinkle over garnish.
