  • For the red layer:
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tablespoons plain yoghurt
  • 75 grams strawberries & raspberries
  • For the orange layer:
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tablespoons plain yoghurt
  • 75 grams mango
  • For the yellow layer:
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tablespoons plain yoghurt
  • 75 grams pineapple
  • For the green layer:
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tablespoons plain yoghurt
  • 75 grams pineapple
  • Handful spinach
  • For the blue layer:
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tablespoons plain yoghurt
  • 75 grams pineapple
  • Small amount of blue colouring
  • For the purple layer:
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tablespoons plain yoghurt
  • 75 grams mixed berries

Steps

  1. For each smoothie place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Use a little food colouring to help if the fruit doesn’t give a strong enough colour.
  2. Layer the smoothies into the moulds in a random order. Add the wooden sticks and then transfer to the freezer overnight.
  3. To remove each lolly, sit the mould in some warm water for a couple of seconds- this should make the lollies easy to pull out.
