For each smoothie place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Use a little food colouring to help if the fruit doesn’t give a strong enough colour.
Layer the smoothies into the moulds in a random order. Add the wooden sticks and then transfer to the freezer overnight.
To remove each lolly, sit the mould in some warm water for a couple of seconds- this should make the lollies easy to pull out.
