- Broccoli stems from 1 head of broccoli
- Carrot peel of 4 carrots
- Spring onion ends from 6 spring onions
- 8 eggs
- Oil, for spraying
- Pre-heat the oven to 180C.
- Combine the broccoli stems, carrot peel and spring onion ends and eggs in a food processor.
- Press into the holes of a muffin tin tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
