Ingredients

  • Broccoli stems from 1 head of broccoli
  • Carrot peel of 4 carrots
  • Spring onion ends from 6 spring onions
  • 8 eggs
  • Oil, for spraying

Steps

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C.
  2. Combine the broccoli stems, carrot peel and spring onion ends and eggs in a food processor.
  3. Press into the holes of a muffin tin tray.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
