Place your cauliflower florets into a baking tray and drizzle with oil, salt and pepper, place into a hot oven for 30 - 40 minutes, giving it a shake every now and again.
Meanwhile, place the pesto ingredients into a food processor and whizz until smooth.
Once the cauliflower is golden, remove from oven and place on a serving dish, drizzle with the wild garlic pesto.
