- 1 tablespoon blackberry jam
- 2-3 fresh blackberries
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- 70ml Smirnoff Raspberry Crush Flavoured Vodka
- 150ml Champagne
- 100ml soda water

Steps
- Place the jam, blackberries, lemon juice and mint leaves into a glass and muddle using a rolling pin.
- Sieve the mixture into a small jug and stir with Smirnoff Raspberry Crush Flavoured Vodka.
- Measure approximately 35ml fruit mix per cocktail and pour into the champagne flutes.
- Top with soda water and champagne.
- Garnish with a lemon twist, fresh berries and some mint.
