  • 1 tablespoon blackberry jam
  • 2-3 fresh blackberries
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 70ml Smirnoff Raspberry Crush Flavoured Vodka
  • 150ml Champagne
  • 100ml soda water
  • Garnish
  • Lemon twists
  • Fresh mint

Steps

  1. Place the jam, blackberries, lemon juice and mint leaves into a glass and muddle using a rolling pin.
  2. Sieve the mixture into a small jug and stir with Smirnoff Raspberry Crush Flavoured Vodka.
  3. Measure approximately 35ml fruit mix per cocktail and pour into the champagne flutes.
  4. Top with soda water and champagne.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist, fresh berries and some mint.
