  • 100 millilitres Smirnoff Raspberry Crush Flavoured Vodka
  • 300 millilitres lemonade
  • 30 millilitres lime juice
  • 20 millilitres raspberry cordial
  • 3 x raspberries
  • Sugar
  • 100ml prosecco (optional)

Steps

  1. Add ice cubes to a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin.
  2. Fill 2 x highball glasses with crushed ice and add into each one 50 millilitres of Raspberry Crush Smirnoff Flavoured Vodka and 15 millilitres of fresh lime juice.
  3. Gently stir with a spoon to mix together
  4. Slowly fill each glass almost to the top with lemonade, this will start to create the ombré effect
  5. Pour into each glass the raspberry cordial or grenadine, this should sit at the bottom and emphasise the ombré look.
  6. Roll each of the raspberries in sugar, and place on a cocktail stick to garnish.
