Supplies
- 100 millilitres Smirnoff Raspberry Crush Flavoured Vodka
- 300 millilitres lemonade
- 30 millilitres lime juice
- 20 millilitres raspberry cordial
- 3 x raspberries
- Sugar
- 100ml prosecco (optional)
Steps
- Add ice cubes to a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin.
- Fill 2 x highball glasses with crushed ice and add into each one 50 millilitres of Raspberry Crush Smirnoff Flavoured Vodka and 15 millilitres of fresh lime juice.
- Gently stir with a spoon to mix together
- Slowly fill each glass almost to the top with lemonade, this will start to create the ombré effect
- Pour into each glass the raspberry cordial or grenadine, this should sit at the bottom and emphasise the ombré look.
- Roll each of the raspberries in sugar, and place on a cocktail stick to garnish.
