Three easy ways to have your smoothie bowls in the morning

Smoothie Bowls 3 Ways

Ingredients

  • Turmeric base- 1 frozen banana, ½ frozen mango, 100ml coconut milk, ½ tsp turmeric

  • To decorate: Blackberries, pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut chips

  • Cinnamon & Vanilla base- 1 frozen banana, 2 frozen apples, 1 tsp vanilla, ½ tsp cinnamon, 125ml oat milk

  • To decorate: kiwi, raspberries, granola, blueberries, chia seeds

  • Berry & saffron- 1 frozen banana, handful frozen mixed berries, pinch saffron in hot water, 125ml almond milk

  • To decorate: mango slices, dragon fruit balls, almond slithers, edible flowers

Instructions

  1. Blitz together the base ingredients and tip into a bowl. Decorate with the remaining ingredients.
