- 1 sirloin steak, trimmed of fat
- 1 baguette, sliced in half lengthways
- 1 big handful of watercress
- Salt and pepper
- Knob of butter
- 2 tablespoons creamed horseradish
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Get your frying pan nice and hot, oil up your steak, then cook for 2/3 minutes each side, leave to rest and slice thinly, tumble onto your baguette that's filled with rocket, drizzle over salt and pepper and horseradish mayonnaise.
