Supplies

  • 1 sirloin steak, trimmed of fat
  • 1 baguette, sliced in half lengthways
  • 1 big handful of watercress
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil
  • Knob of butter
  • 2 tablespoons creamed horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Steps

  1. Get your frying pan nice and hot, oil up your steak, then cook for 2/3 minutes each side, leave to rest and slice thinly, tumble onto your baguette that's filled with rocket, drizzle over salt and pepper and horseradish mayonnaise.
