100 grams kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Ras al hanout
Heat the oven to 130c and line 2 baking sheets with greaseproof paper.
Remove the tough stalks from the kale, tear the larger leaves into smaller pieces and put into a large bowl. Add the oil, salt and ras al hanout and mix well with your hands. Tip onto the baking sheets and bake for approx. 20 minutes until crispy but still green.
Leave to cool then store in an airtight container.
