Supplies
- For Patty:
- 1 tin crab meat
- 1 tbsp capers (chopped)
- 1 bunch spring onions (chopped)
- 1 cup bunch Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp dried seaweed (chopped)
- 1 tsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp English mustard
- 1 bunch fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 egg whites (beaten)
- Vegetable oil
- For Mayo:
- 1 egg yolk
- Vegetable oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp dried seaweed
Steps
- Mix all patty ingredients together and fold in egg whites.
- Spoon into hot oil and fry until golden patties.
- Beat egg yolk with small amounts of vegetable oil to form mayo. Add lemon, seaweed and salt to season.
