Supplies
- 50 grams really fine bulgur wheat/cracked wheat
- 100 grams (2 bunches) flat-leaf parsley, chopped finely
- 50 grams mint, chopped finely
- 200 grams (2-3 medium sized) ripe tomatoes, deseeded and diced finely
- 3 spring onions, finely sliced
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Bulgur wheat, chopped tomatoes, olive oil, lemon, black pepper and salt sit together for 10 minutes. It partially cooks it
- Chop the herbs and onions
- Mix together
- Let it marinate it for 10 more minutes
- Taste and adjust seasonings if needs be
