- 1 Sheet of Ready Rolled Puff Pastry
- 150 grams Chocolate Chips
- Cut the rolled puff pastry into equal triangles
- Sprinkle a handful of chocolate chips into the middle of each triangle.
- Starting with the wider end of the dough, roll up each triangle so that the tip is tucked under, and shape them so that they have a slight bow.
- Cover with egg wash and bake at 180c for 20m or until golden.
