• Cookie dough:
  • 50 grams coarse oat flour
  • 100 grams deglet pitted dates soaked in hot water
  • 2-3 tablespoons of the date water
  • 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate chips (dairy free)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Nice cream:
  • 4 over-ripe peeled and chopped frozen bananas
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Chocolate sauce:
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • 50 grams of melted dark chocolate


  1. Blend the cookie dough ingredients and roll into small cookie dough size balls. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a bain marie. Blend the frozen chopped bananas and vanilla in a food processor until consistency of ice cream.
  3. Place in a glass with the dough balls and pour over the sauce.
