Steam carrots, cauliflower and sweet potato. Once cooked add in a blender with Dijon mustard, veggie stock, nutritional yeast, salt and ackee and blend. Sauce done!!
Once pasta is cooked mix in a bowl with the sauce.
For crispy 'bacon' mix all the ingredients and dehydrate by putting in an oven on the lowest heat for 15 hours.
Serve in a shallow bowl with the 'bacon' and a glass dome to cover. Then pump the smoke into the dome.
