- 125 grams hazelnuts
- 7 medjool dates (pitted)
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1.2 liters water
- Himalayan salt to taste
- Nut milk bag
- Soak hazelnuts for at least 5 hours or overnight. Drain.
- Blend nuts with dates, raw cacao powder, coconut oil vanilla essence and water.
- Strain through a nut milk bag or a fine sieve.
