- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp of sweetened condensed milk
- Vietnamese coffee powder (if not normal coffee power)
- Brew a cup of Vietnamese coffee.
- Separate an egg and discard the white.
- Place the yolk and milk in a bowl and whisk until frothy.
- Add a small amount of coffee and whisk in.
- To assemble, pour your brewed coffee into a mug, followed by the egg mix.
